Each step is taken to assure that the final product that are presented with is the one you have paid for.

Order - The process begins with you, the client placing an order, wether it be over the internet, phone, or in person.
Contact - After the order has been placed, one of our representatives will contact you to verify the order, and to setup a time for a meeting.
First Meeting - At the first meeting, our representative and the client discuss what the product will be used for, and the wants and needs of the client.
Drafting - During the first meeting, our reporesentative will get all information needing for a draft version of your product. This can include colors, content, organization, and many other items.
First Design - Once we have all of the necessary items, we will begin a draft of your item. For example, with web design, we will create your page in PhotoShop CS2 and mark it with a watermark.
Payment - The client will then be presented with the draft of his or her product and determine wether or not he or she wishes to finish the process, if so, payment will processed as fast as possible during the time in which we finish the design. If the client does not wish to follow through with the design, all Fast Track Sites property(design, information about the clients request, etc) will be shredded by the company.
Creation - This step of the process includes creation of all acounts, as well as the product itself.
Presentation - Once the product has been finished, Fast Track Sites will present the client with the actual product.
Quality Assurance - We stand by our products, and hold to our policy of a 30-day money back gaurantee on all servers(restocking fees apply), and a 72-hour money back gaurantee on website design, as well as on our custom applications. Unfortunately website hosting and domain name registration is non-refundable.
Maintanance - If you have purchased one of our maintanance plans, or are still within your original warranty, Fast Track Sites will do our very best to rectify your problem(s).
