Search Engine Optimization or SEO can be tricky at some points or a real nightmare at others. These quick tips will help you optimize your site and each will only take a few seconds.
Step 1 – Choosing the Right Keywords
Before starting any optimization you need to define your keywords, this will greatly improve the process and make things easier for you.
Step 2 – Fix that Title
Each page should have it’s own title and should contain your the keyword(s) that you are targeting on that page. Watch out for stop words such as and or or these can cause search engines to stop reading the title. Instead use the pipe character ( | ).
Step 3 – Use your Head, well Headers
Header tags are very important during optimization, try to get your keyword into one of these tags. The H1 tag is the most important, the H2 – H6 tags are also important.
Step 4 – Strengthen your Keyword
Make your keywords pop with the bold and strong tags.
Step 5 – Use Alt Text
All images on your page should have the alt attribute set, use your keywords here when possible and help boost your site.
Step 6 – Use Titles

In the coming days we will be releasing a security update for our applications that build upon the last update and will allow us to pave the way for the future.

All Application Update
We have released updated packages for all of our applications that implement a new version checker system and have placed a few fixes to make sure this check and others succeed.
There are 4 main files that need to be uploaded from these packages:
php.ini
index.php
includes/constants.php
includes/functions.php or includes/functions/general.php
If your application contains a functions folder you will use the latter version of file 3. The included php.ini is used to make sure that fopen and associated functions are available to the system as some hosting providers block this by default.
In the coming months we will also be working on bringing our Simply AJAX Forum System up to par with our other applications, expect plenty of new features, an updated administration panel, more AJAX, and some new icons. As we have in the past, current license holders will get an upgrade discount.
