We also wanted to allow them to keep track of their client's orders, take notes on the client(Their preferences, phone converstaions, etc), and easily schedule and track appointments. We've made it easy to access multitudes of information on each client just by viewing their information. By doing that you'll be able to see all information related to this client from the various parts of the system at once.
