For Nusani we started by integrating our Trouble Ticket System, Trouble Ticket System, and Professional Newsletter System. On top of this we integrated SEO Information Scraping and developed a custom reporting system throughout the system. We also further modified the system to allow for exporting and tagging of third party applications, integration with 3rd party applications, and a custom dashboard system. The modifications have created a wonderfully robust system that meets the company’s needs and requirements.
