Fast Track Sites Terms and Conditions

Copyright and Licensing Information

Licenses for applications provided by Fast Track Sites are handled via the original application creators. All Fast Track Sites original applications, modules, and themes fall under the Fast Track Sites Program License and all clauses therein. All third party applications, modules, and themes are the work of the respective owners and any changes, copyright request, licensing information must be handled through them. Failure to abide by the licenses to each product can result in application or website shutdown, legal action, or other actions being brought against the client. Fast Track Sites is not responsible, either legal or otherwise, for changes made by the Client to applications.

Warranty

Fast Track Sites allows for a 48 hour window for the client to report issues with the website after the full site has been approved and moved to the client’s server. Additions or deletions that were not part of the original reference material will not be covered. After this 48 hour any changes, additions, edits, or deletions can be purchased at the base rate or through Credits from the Fast Track Sites Credit Pack.

Maintanance Packages
If a maintanance package has been purchased, you will recieve a specified amount of updates per month. If you do not use all of your updates, they roll over onto the next month. At the end of 1 year, if any updates remain, they become null and void. If you have purchased our Quarterly Security Updates package we will install your updates each quarter.

Hosting and Domain Names
Hosting and domain names are non-refundable. Our representative will notify you of this when we contact you or you contact us. Failure to pay annual hosting and/or domain fees will result in either the suspension of your account, the disabling of your site, and/or the display of a notice on your website to contact us.

Changes

Changes to this document may be made at any time, by doing business with Fast Track Sites you understand and agree to these terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
