Pricing Terms All prices are subject to the following terms: All prices do not include shipping unless directly stated. Plenum environment cabling is more expensive and will therefore affect the pricing of drops and therefore the overall price. CAT6 cabling and equipment is more expensive and will also have a higher price than the normal CAT5E variety. Local companies may receive additional discounts because of location and lack of shipping costs.

Network Setup Our experts are some of the best in the field and are dedicated to installing professional systems. When we install your network, we route and label our wiring in an extremely organized way as to save you time and money in case of problems and also aid in future expansion your network.
Server Setup Server setup fees may apply, if so a representative will notify you of any and all such fees.

Trip Fees Trip fees may be charged if you setup is outside of bryan college station or in an extremely far out place. A representative will notify you in the case that they do.

Warranty Information Item warranties are dealt with throgh the manufacturer of the part you buy, unless otherwise stated in signed written form. Servers have a 1 year warranty unless a longer warranty is purchased. Websites have a 24hr warranty from the time that the site has been finished.

Physical damage and cosmetic wear and tear(dropping, spilling liquid, port damage, case scratches, etc) are not covered under any warranty.

Maintanance Packages If a maintanance package has been purchased, you will recieve a specified amount of updates per month. If you do not use all of your updates, they roll over onto the next month. At the end of 1 year, if any updates remain, they become null and void.

Hosting and Domain Names Hosting and domain names are non-refundable. Our representative will notify you of this, when we contact you or you contact us.

Restocking Fees If a custom website is being designed and the client decides to cancel the order, then a 3-5% design fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. Custom applications will have a 5-10% design fee deducted. Basic sites will have a 2-3% design fee deducted. Servers will have a 10-15% restocking fee deducted, based upon the time that the product has been away from the facility, including shipping times to the company.

Changes Changes to this document may be made at any time, always check before agreeing to this document, as this is a lgally binding document.
